Members will be able to access the online services as soon as payment has been received and processed. Users will be notified via email with the relevant URL and log in details to access the resources. If you believe your payment has been processed but you have not received the details required to log in to the online services, please email info@clensa-approved.com or call 01925 699799.

Physical Products

Deliveries of physical goods are made using Royal Mail or courier, dependant on weight and volume.

CLENSA tries to ensure that your delivery arrives between within 7 working days from your order. Deliveries are subject to Royal Mail and courier operations. For any updates on your delivery status please email info@clensa-approved.com
