You can cancel your CLENSA membership at any time. Cancellation must be either by email to email@example.com or by request in writing to: CLENSA LIMITED, 102 Newton House, Birchwood Park, Warrington, Cheshire, WA3 6FW
We can not accept cancellations by phone.
You’re cancellation request will be processed and you will be informed of your end of membership status. If you do not receive an acknowledgement that your membership has been ceased then please contact us again.
‘Unsubscribing’ from our emails will remove you from the distribution list of future emails but will NOT affect your membership. You must phone or write to inform us of a cancellation.
We will send you immediate confirmation of your cancellation so you will know that your request has been received. Once we receive your cancellation request, either by phone or by letter, your membership will be cancelled immediately and no further payments will be due.
Refunds can be offered for physical goods which are returned in in good condition subject to terms and conditions. Please contact us prior to returning any products.
The original sales receipt and other documents must accompany all items being returned. To return the goods: Please pack carefully, use a postal service providing signed-for-delivery. Proof of shipment must be produced.

If our system clearly shows that the online resources have been accessed and/or downloaded successfully by a customer then no refund is available for those goods/services.
